Her Terror

Through a veil of anxiety, sharply cuts her moan of terror. Alone, her expelling breath reveals the place where she is hiding. Across the room again the sound- - a playful mouse scurrying.

Good One Charles. What a vivid picture. I am always amazed at peoples reaction to a little mouse. I should think it would be the mouse that dies of fright. Re: Clan of the Cave Bears - I have read all of Jane Awl's Books. What an adventure she took me on. Must say, favorite books for me. Lainie
