Her

Don’t let rivers flow for me. I am a breeze that blew and embraced the lonely. Your eyes worth a thousand of I, so dry these oceans and look up to the sky. Your joy forever, I talked to God, we shook our hands and I saw her nod. So smile each day, to make it worth my stay, in the darkest corner, where I will slowly fade. When your hair turns gray and you’ve lived forever, don’t regret the lines you’ve severed. You are a poem, your laugh my music. I hope you’re free, loved and seen. For eyes often grace the surface, I hope you meet a soul that’s worth it.
