Helping Hand

Look at your hand, your fingers, your palm, This hand is an extension of you, This hand that’s achieved the things in your life, These things that you happily do, This hand is the limit by which you live by, Achieving all of the goals that you make, This hand is the extension of all of your thoughts, That you use when you’re up wide awake, It pushes the boundary, grabs onto the want, It writes each song you live by, Transcending ideas, words, thoughts in your mind, Answering your questions of why, This hand that’s been with you every day of your life, It delivers the wants that you chase, And has silently gone about all you command, Feeling all of the love you’ve embraced.
