alone in a room
thoughts running through my mind
telling me lies
causing problems
making me scream
get them out
I don't want them
make them disappear
they cause misery
no more
please
it hurts too much
help me
get me out of this hell
thoughts causing my torment

make it all end
reassure me
tell me it will never become that
