Help For Fred

Help for Fred

What is your hope, Fred
Reality of a dope head
Listening not to what is said
Headed to the abode of the dead

Listen my friend, to all who see
There is hope for the likes of you and me
Being where you are, a painful reality
Finding help to set you free

A Saviour awaits to make this change
Given the chance to loose these chains
Knowing your demons, as a dog with mange
Can heal all ill, your life rearrange

Turn, Fred, and please walk away
From the drugs, being the devil's pray
Turn to God is what I say
He'll give joy of life this very day
