Hell On Earth

Hell on Earth Oh Justice, the story of my life A witness to murder and police corruption A story that dives into Hell on earth As I was both a victim and investigator A person who found my voice After having been silenced with threats Then, taunted and stalked By all those who wanted to evade justice Let me tell you, when there is no accountability, The criminals go on to do more harm Life is precious, then forever changed or lost Heidi Sands 12/19/18 Placed 3rd in the Justice Contest

Heart-wrenching, Heidi...But you're right: One has to stand up for him/herself in this world...It's true in hospitals too, which I'm half-convinced exist to kill people... Congrats on your win in the contest. Best wishes, Gershon

Thank you Gershon and you couldn't be more right about hospitals in which I have stood up for myself over issues many times there and fought hard , usually ending up disliked for it there. I appreciate your comment very much :)

Blind Justice!! It is,so true, no accountability, no one accepts responsibility for their actions, and in some circumstances, neither does the justice system. But it is,all we have. So sorry for the pain and the memories associated with it.

Yes, Sandra. Some without a conscience never take any responsibility. Ever. Yes, we do have a justice system to keep people from the streets who can harm many more! and hold them accountable. The worst is when the law officials become corrupt and are sick too! Thank you for your comment!

When you hear of things like that happening it sure makes your blood boil, then what makes it worse is the guilty pictured with a big smirk on their faces.

I could tell you things Tom, that would shock you. And you are right, the sickest have no conscience and can smile about it.
