Held By Sovereign Hand
I rejoice to be held
by God's sovereign hand*
sealed with His omnipotence
bearing marvellous touch of might
yet caressing along gentle assurance
keeping me compassionately settled...
...verily secured midst His redemption warmth.
Inside the Almighty's clasp
my soul with earnest faith in the Lord
remains protected against filthiness' virus
since the Saviour's blood
has cleansed me completely
imparting His divine nature...
...indeed marked by holiness' radiance.
Though attacked with sin-infection
and vulnerable toward guilt's infirmity
my spirit, shielded with Christ's grace
unceasingly finds peace midst panic and scare
brought by signs of the times' turmoil
because I believe that I'm His beloved child...
...He cares for throughout eternity.
*Ezekiel 37:1 The hand of the LORD was upon me…
