Heaven's Open Door

My Grandmother would often tell me stories about the Lord when I was little She would also tell me pray before you to too bed But don’t let other people fool you and you become misled My Grandmother told me the Lord is Almighty Heaven is where he lives It’s his blessings in what he gives A man who don’t on the cross The same man who conquered Death at full force The world is in his hands It’s divinity throughout the land The Lord is a wonder with a behold I am a witness and this is my story told It’s his skies that often make me wise His theories are no surprise Be honest in where you stand It’s the true heart being the caravan Embrace one another Encourage like no other Lightening is stating show no fear Thunder being the Lord’s voice that he is always near Faith is what everyone should have Praise the on high Savior Worthy with an honor Prayer that keeps me inspired It’s the hour after hour As daily I feel his power Truth within my heart Lord, take my hand and lead me to destiny Give me understanding where knowledge waits My life is in your daily hands I am your servant being at your demand My belief is my testimony I conquered Death because you give life My flesh doesn’t roam I know with you I am never alone You have given me dignity where others said I don’t You enriched me in spirituality where others said I shouldn’t But my testimony ranks high It is you that help me to stride For that reason, there is no need for me to cry Carry me where I need to be My testimony for all to hear and see I am your living Your blessings just keep giving Your servant is here, through you, I will continue to preserver Thank you Lord for always being near No one else nor the Devil can compare.
