Heavenly Question
With whom will we share
Our Heavenly home
With those we loved here
Or others unknown
Did our journey begin
Right here on earth
Did God know of our plan
Before the day of our birth
Will we meet in the flesh
Or just as a light
A soul pure of love
Shimmering bright
If you shared more than one
Will it be your first
Love is a power
But also a curse
Will you be asked as you stand
At those golden gates
Who will you choose
As your eternal mate
Did the question I ask
Make you think twice
Will you meet who you thought
Or will it be a surprise
His plan is so great
No answer we'll know
Till the day we find glory
And we are called home
