Heaven

Heaven…
When your heart stops
You see heaven
Not god and angles and trumpets playin’
But the world in slow motion
Silence playing

And nothing seems to matter anymore
Because shock is on repeat
Heaven is a state of shock that you neither feel nor think in
But heaven doesn’t last long

Though it seems like forever
You are eventually spit out like Lucifer and you hit the earth running into reality
And when you catch your breath
Well, things matter again
You remember all that had been bugging you and you forget how much heaven
meant

It meant no more
Pain
      War
Friends
       Death
Family
       Forgetfulness
Loss
	Memories
Numb
	Gain
Love

It mean no more numb heaven is thirty seconds of numb no drug can match
