Heaven
This year you are not here
So many memories we hold of you so dear
There was not any cure
We didn't know that your death would be very near
Our hearts are sad and there is an emptiness here
Though where you are is pure
There is no longer any pain, sadness or fear
He's wiped your every tear
You soar with angels and the Lord's voice you can hear
You are in His presence and all you feel is cheer
You got to see Jesus on His birthday this year
We think on these and send our love to heaven dear
