Hearts Chance

Oh, how the heart pains when lonely and tried The pangs never answered are heaviest to bear As the curtain comes down upon the earth’s day Evening accentuates and reverberates the ache Let not night, fall upon a lonely bleeding heart For it is in darkness that the heart then hazes Providing little clear thought for he who suffers Let day be constant, through clarity, the heart survives
