Heartbroken

another Mother's day to bear ~ My son he died ~ His mum I cried ~
Without you son I feel so sad ~~ I call your name but you're not there ~~ a broken heart cannot repair ~~~ without you son there is no one
no hugs no smiles no voice I hear to lose my son I’ll ne’er recover ~~~ no Darling Boy to call me Mother…

So sad Ann, I like how you designed this piece, it very original but must be extremely difficult to cope with especially on Sunday past and show great courage in putting your thoughts on paper. Blessings always, Gordon

Yes it was a tearful experience, but somehow by putting my feelings into words was cathartic in a strange way. Thank you dear Gordon for your kind words my friend. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

I feel your grief. Time will heal but it takes time and probably a longer time in your situation. I can't say that I understand what you are going through because I still have my three children with me here on this earth.Congrats on your winner. Sara

Bless you dear Jan and thank you. Mother's Day reminds me that I will never be called "Mum" again and it breaks my heart, but I do feel he is watching over me with my dear husband and that gives me great comfort. I hope you have a lovely Mother's Day and thank you for your kind words Jan. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

How sad I feel, reading these verses of mother's love! Elegant are the emotions you express--every parent can relate and nobody can forget. Wishing you much peace, Ann, as time goes by.

Bless you dear Vijay for your kind words of comfort my friend. it doesn't get any easier as time goes on, but I am able to think about many good memories that lift my spirit and put a smile on my face, then there are times when something reminds me of that terrible day... I thank you Vijay and hope you are keeping safe and well. With kindest thoughts Ann xx
