Heartbreak

You let her in
The harbinger of
Heartbreak
With stealth she came and silently stole you away.
Without a whimper you followed her
away for me
away from us
And into the darkness
I reached for you
And cried out
All the while she seduced you with lies
 in whispers
And I am laid silent
You let her in
The harbinger of Heatbreak.
