HEART THAT SINGS UNTO GOD OUR STRENGTH

June 29 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 81-85

Key Verse – Psalm 81:1 Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.

HEART THAT SINGS UNTO GOD OUR STRENGTH Our heart sings unto God our strength for His loving favour Surrendering our weakness in finishing an endeavour While we strive toward perfection’s fervour Ever grateful for His skillful molding savour. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His granted prudence Striving to listen to His counsel when faced with a seeming coincidence While we choose permanence in His perfect will’s residence Ever dependent on His wise providence. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His ruling authority Submitting our hard-headedness that’s devoid of humility While we obey His instruction’s certainty Ever compliant to His majestic sovereignty. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His preserving knowledge Staying in His doctrines despite unscriptural teachings of humanistic college While we understand His plan we worshipfully acknowledge Ever studious by His offered learning privilege. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His driving grace Seeking His help in our weariness along the Christian race While we persevere with His strength’s brace Ever ardent through His encouraging commendation-praise. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His honourable standard Settling our unworthiness as a called steward While we work well although it is rigorously hard Ever diligent along His excellent regard. Our heart sings unto God our strength for His Biblical revival Serving Him against pride of selfishness-interval While we abide in His Word in our stewardship-triumph’s festival Ever joyful in waiting for His grand arrival.
