Key Verse – Micah 1:2 Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord God be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.

HEART THAT HEARS THE LORD GOD FROM HIS HOLY TEMPLE

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With prayerful fervency
Along His mercy’s consistency
Surely thankful to receive His forgiveness-constancy…
Here we are repenting, pursuing supplication’s persistency.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With obedient willingness
Along His graciousness’ bountifulness
Surely rebuked for our rebelliousness…
Here we are submitting to Him, combatting pride’s destructiveness.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With purposive direction
Along His guidance-protection
Surely corrected for our deception…
Here we are humbling down, following His set instruction.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With participative involvement
Along His Word’s commandment
Surely dealt with in our discouragement…
Here we are striving, doing best for commitment’s fulfillment.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With service-diligence
Along His presence-prominence
Surely conquering our laziness of awful indolence…
Here we are moving on, overcoming slothfulness’ preference.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With communion-fellowship
Along His loving relationship
Surely upheld despite our hardship…
Here we are abiding, continuing upon stewardship’s worship.

Our heart hears the Lord God from His holy temple
With careful sobriety
Along His wise sovereignty
Surely taught for ministry-involvement’s stability…
Here we are growing in faith, rejoicing by His grace for victory’s certainty.
