HEART THAT EXALTS THE LORD WHO DESERVES OUR PRAISE
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His blessings’ gladness
Against foolishness’ heaviness
Away from treasures of wickedness
For us to abide in His righteousness.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise the Lord for His ministry’s profit
Against hand-slackness in slothfulness’ pit
Away from poverty of indolence-hit
For us to practice diligence by His work-wit.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His spiritual harvest
Against shame of barrenness’ pest
Away from embarrassment of pride’s zest
For us to trust in His guidance while doing our best.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His mission’s accomplishments
Against perversions, full of disagreements
Away from sorrow of disobedience-discouragements
For us to walk uprightly toward His ways’ fulfillments.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His Scriptural instructions
Against mischief’s destructions
Away from hopelessness-caused transgressions
For us to receive His favour for our faith's victorious decisions.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His bestowed wisdom
Against lying and slander uttered at random
Away from wealth offered by materialistic freedom
For us to desire His approval in seeking first His kingdom.
Our heart exalts the Lord Who deserves our praise for His abundant generosity
Against lack and scarcity’s difficulty
Away from crises of unbelief and insecurity
For us to love Him with our devoted sincerity.
