HEART THAT EXALTS LORD FOR HIS GLORY
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our sin-separation
Allowing us to admit our iniquities before Him with sincere consecration
Letting His forgiveness work through our repentant confession
So that we can forsake abomination-corruption’s transgression.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our Scripture-reading
Allowing us to seek His will with His leading
Letting His Spirit enlighten our understanding
So that we can vanquish allurements that cause our backsliding.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our praise-filled worship
Allowing us to delight in his warm fellowship
Letting His presence revive our prayer-relationship
So that we can progress in His entrusted stewardship.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our covenant-faithfulness
Allowing us to exercise diligence within His pledged goodness
Letting His promises uphold our vow-fulfillment’s steadfastness
So that we can continue in doing His assigned tasks with joyful willingness.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our service-performance
Allowing us to sacrifice by His gracious guidance
Letting His power move our labour of patient endurance
So that we can bear fruits by His productiveness-assurance.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our kingdom-advancement
Allowing us to show His ready pardon and merciful ways’ involvement
Letting His kindness inspire our testimony’s commitment
So that we can minister well while obeying His commandment.
Our heart exalts the LORD for His glory in our reaching-out
Allowing us to pray by His might, without any doubt
Letting His truth uphold our walk along righteousness-route
So that we can continue to do His will midst gratitude-shout.
