HEART THAT DESIRES TO WALK WITH GOD

February 10 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Leviticus 26-27

Key Verse – Leviticus 26:12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

HEART THAT DESIRES TO WALK WITH GOD Our heart desires to walk with God despite our frailty While we come near Him with our salvation-certainty To exalt His name by our sanctified humanity Upon His merciful forgiveness along His blood’s cleansing purity. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our weakness While we prioritize His presence of peacefulness To delight in His goodness by our redeemed souls with sincere gratefulness Upon His humbling meekness that smites our stubbornness. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our ailment While we seek His help in our sin-defilement To sow in His vineyard by our stewardship-fulfillment Upon His propelling commandment. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our cowardice While we rise toward His call for service To labour in His work by diligent performance-practice Upon His fervent encouragement in magnifying His granted office. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our frustration While we cleave unto His promises so faithful in their fruition To trust His Word by faith-action Upon His constant deliverance that is ready for our protection. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our ignorance While we learn from His teachings’ endurance To understand His truth by studious exuberance Upon His directing instructions revealing to us His divine appearance. Our heart desires to walk with God despite our doubt While we cast unto Him our pressures of stressful clout To rely in His loving care of secured fortress in every attacking bout Upon His cheerful inspiration directing us by His hand in and out.
