HEART THAT CRIES FOR THE DELIVERANCE OF THE LORD
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His presence
While we come to His fellowship’s warm fluorescence
Being blessed with His salvation-iridescence
To please Him by biblical faith’s essence.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His grace in worship-jubilation
While we praise Him midst good tiding’s proclamation
Being purified with His sanctification
To honour Him by our devotion.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His righteousness
While we fight against idolatry’s wickedness
Being guarded by His holiness
To serve Him according to His kindness.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His enablement
While we obey Him against worldly allurement
Being called through His strengthening empowerment
To live for Him with grateful contentment.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His might
While we continue toward kingdom-advancement’s height
Being revived through His Word’s delight
To seek Him first always upon prayer-plight.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His leadership
While we submit to Him midst His offered relationship
Being encouraged by His loving partnership
To labour for Him with fruitful and faithful stewardship.
Our heart cries for the deliverance of the Lord along His mercy
While we abide in His care with our persistency
Being secured by His protection’s constancy
Toward exalting Him for His glory’s excellency.
