HEART THAT CONSECRATES UNTO THE LORD
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His might
In treading upon His promised land of truth and right
As we observe His law and meditate therein day and night
For us to be prosperous in His sight.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His presence
In remembering His Word with His principles’ iridescence
As we enjoy His favour while worshipping Him with spiritual florescence
For us to be devoted to Him by His fellowship’s license.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His kindness
In dealing well and truly with His ministry despite anxiousness
As we stay in His will that welcomes us into His goodness
For us to be blissful in His graciousness.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His covenant
In choosing His way against being skeptically indignant
As we observe His voice so tenderly dominant
For us to be faithful and not faith-stagnant.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His sovereignty
In walking along His holiness-fenced security
As we follow His steps of divine authority
For us to be effective in working by His majesty.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His instruction
In pursuing toward His name’s glorification
As we esteem His Deity against idolatry’s temptation
For us to be pleasing by His righteousness’ sanctification.
We consecrate our heart unto the Lord amidst His empowerment
In supporting His kingdom advancement
As we pray for His answers in our ministry involvement
For us to be fruitful along our stewardship’s engagement.
