HEART THAT CLAIMS GOD’S GRANT TO OUR PETITIONS
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His power
Because He upholds our faith toward prayer-tower
For us to continue as His soulwinners against worldly blower
Surely depending on His Gospel seeds to bear fruits from grace-flower.
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His might
Because He strengthens our conviction to shine in His light
For us to reflect His brightness in doing right
Surely radiating with joy because of His illuminating truth-sight.
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His guarding
Because He protects our testimony with His guiding
For us to overcome temptations of backsliding
Surely trusting His sovereign leading.
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His authority
Because He directs our decisions to His will’s certainty
For us to stay in His plan of provision’s bounty
Surely blessed in His assured security.
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His presence
Because He holds our devotion within His goodness-essence
For us to enjoy in His fellowship’s delightsome effervescence
Surely safe in His partnership’s iridescence.
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His instruction
Because He directs our service upon His Word’s function
For us to live according to His standard’s action
Surely learning from His principles of character-transformation
Our heart claims God’s grant to our petitions by His promises
Because He works in our spirituality that He blesses
For us to keep on doing His will against sins’ offenses
Surely exalting His name while for His glory our servanthood presses.
