HEART THAT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GOD IS GRACIOUS
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious midst our trials’ pain
Since He hears our sin-bondage cry for His pardon-reign
And our need for faith-increase against doubts’ strain
So that we can abound in good works along kindness’ terrain.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious toward our deliverance
Since He responds to our call for His comfort’s assurance
And our prayer for patience-endurance
So that we can pursue after holiness-perseverance.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious in our discouragement
Since He hearkens to our plea for His inspiring merriment
And our plight for joy-filled contentment
So that we can dwell in His presence of gracious settlement.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious along our affliction
Since He knows our longing His Your compassion
And our desire for guilt-cleansing and conscience-purification
So that we can overcome doubts with His truth's declaration.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious against our crisis’ noise
Since He pacifies our anxiousness by His caring voice
And our worries when sickness attacks our wellness-choice
So that we can rejoice for our good health with grateful poise.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious as we seek for wise learning
Since He counsels our minds with His Scriptures’ meaning
And our desire for Biblical learning midst His enlightening
So that we can stand for what is right with His precepts' illumining.
Our heart acknowledges that God is gracious for our spiritual maturity
Since He enables our stewardship toward fruitful productivity
And our commitment for ministry-involvement with sincerity
So that we can glorify Him by His authority.
