Heart of the Sea
As I dared into the sea,
The sand vanished below my feet.
And as I swam further and more,
And got far away from the shore.
I could see nothing but water all around,
Endless, pure and crystal clear to joys abound.
Directionless in expanse as I went,
A shift from exhileration to exhaustion.
There came a moment when I lost my breath,
And partook salty delight into my lungs.
Speechless, thoughtless, visionless as I descended,
Effortless deep down and down into the sea.
Utter calmness where all sea turbulence ends,
Is the Heart of the sea where my immortal soul rests!!
