Heart
Why do somethings happen…
Why do you meet some people …
Who touch your lives…
In ways you can’t even express…
But then they fade away…
Why does this happen…
Why do they come into your life…
If they are not going to stay…
I know it’s all for a reason…
But why is the question…
Because when someone enters your heart…
It’s hard for you to let go…
I think that’s the hardest part…
Harder then letting them in…
It’s letting them go…
Because not everyone gets inside your heart…
You don’t want to let go…
All because of how much they mean to you…
The feelings they got out of you…
The way you felt around them…
Feeling you’ve never felt…
Things you can’t express…
But you have to except this…
Over time you face the fact…
There gone and won’t come back…
They were a part of your life…
Even if for a short time…
But they helped you grow…
They helped form you…
Into the person you are today…
So you treat them as a blessing…
And a distant memory…
Over time you start to forget…
Every now and then you can’t help but remember…
The memories come back…
Sometimes from places you go…
Maybe people you see…
Or even what people say…
But no matter how much time passes…
There always in your heart…
