Hello Hugo, Yes of course one must have food in the stomach in order to do a good job. I think noght shift is tiring to work those hours. Yes right! losing sleep must be rough. yes people that work night shift needs to be fed on time. Just eating jumk food is not a meal. It is not good for the body. Obesese people 's weight has always been a problem for them. It is okay that yu feel this way.

This is all about health issue. If one is struggling to work for 8-12 hours a day, you need to persevere and maintain body food intake. Sometimes, people are working all night shift. Like me before, working at Call Center, sleep is erratic, food intake is not on time. Mostly, we eat process food or junk food that's why body index mass becomes the problem. Night shift people mostly are obese people. Obesity is a national issue. Those body conscious people are outward fashionable. They want to look good always in the eyes of the people. The millennial are the same, trend in fashionable clothing so vulgar nowadays. This poem is somewhat prejudice in nature. My views may not be acceptable but that's what I see about health issues. Thank you, Darlene for your observation. Much love here./Hugo.
