Notes About The Poem

"Stuff true warriors are made of" . . . lol

He Who Walks Alone

A man goes in to battle for the one he respects the most
He who walks from the battle can come home and boast
The man who never leaves the field in his name we toast

A man that only in God will listen where in his name obey
Is a man true to himself, and whose journey doesn’t sway
Who isn't held onto by others who prey on him to betray

A man who recognizes the signs, that onto him are given
Who under-stands between the lines what is truly written
Realizes his own purpose, and avoids all that is forbidden

Doesn't mourn those, who have lost their way before him
This journey is just for him alone, his light shall never dim
His strength as to carry on in times, when things are grim

He who walks alone, succeeds on his own righteous path
Doesn't stop to belittle or claims on having the last laugh
He who walks alone, walks free & suffers not God’s wrath
