He Listened From Behind the Curtain
What efforts appeal to his
need to be loved
She answered none
This to the surprise of
Those gathered
Even those in lesser
Standings have more
Appeal then he
His lessons of. Reasoning
Makes him conditioned
To appear wise
His lack of passion
Comes from his inability
To be wanted, only a foolish
Person who needs might find
Him desirable
Making it less likely for him
To have person with those
He desires to be with
Spiteful and mean said
The woman listening
Spiteful and mean indeed
Yet an effective strategy
He'll never know how it feels
To desired, wanted or craved
Might he beg and she allow
Him to take person with her
I allowed him to be my fiance for
Six years, appealing to his desires
To be with me, I told another
If he finds someone who is
Worthy of conversation
I would marry him immediately
He found none for which there
Weren't any and I was bored
And wished those who thought
They knew everything to be seen
As wrong his friends instructed me
Against him and even made it so
I could see others against his all-knowing
He spoke of love and God I would
Laugh at him and made affairs
With those he favored to spite him
From the Book "Charmller listened behind the curtain"
A tale of a wealthy man who's wife hated him.
He seemed revenged against her by
impreganting her mother who agreed to do so in fear her family would be poor. When the daughter born to
Mother wished to go to university the sister asked
Why the father didn't foot the bill, thinking one of the
Pub fellas had been father to her sister, an angry
Mother revealed her. Secret and told her eldest daughter why.
