Hay Ride

Hanging on tightly over bumps along the way
Around the barn and through the fields we sway
Young ones chatter, laugh and play

Rusty red, the autumn hills are grand
Inspire words to write about the land
Delightful afternoon , my heart sings
Enjoying the warmth that autumn brings

Another lovely poem from you. Oh, and to respond to question how does one post 5 poems a day. The answer: Vacation, Vacation, Vacation. They are too few and too short. But, your colorful autumn poem makes me long for more

what a nice way to do an acrostic on the fall. I only had a few hay rides and they were not what I had envisioned romantically, but they were fun!
