Haunted Houses
Haunted houses loom on every corner from the hood to the burbs
Causing uproar among those who wish to live peacefully
Interrupting the lives on the path of the straight and narrow
Filling them with sadness and despair
Dark rooms breed secrets in the shadows, closets full of skeletons
Entire houses are infested with demons lurking in the halls
Phantoms chase out innocence in broad daylight
Void of all morals, humility and faith
Lacking compassion drenched in evil deeds
Houses built of foundations of deceit wobble and shake
Until they collapse into dusty heaps
Once beautiful homes are now rundown shacks
Though some may still stand
They all have fallen from grace
