Harvest Moon

Tonight it’s forecast to be a Harvest Moon so we stroll hand in hand on the shore. The sea’s so tranquil, so unlike yesterday when waves crashed and tempest raged. Clouds drift on by, casting a misty shadow ‘pon ripples on the glistening calm sea. A rich crimson glow radiates in the sky the moonshine creates beauty and grace . All thoughts are forgotten; we gaze at the moon we’re transfixed by its colour and size. Alone on the beach my love and I special moments like these are so rare. We stay on the beach for several hours walking barefoot along the moist sand. Our footprints follow us; and they’ll remain until the tide gently sweeps them away. Ten Words Contest Sponsored by Joseph May Required Words, Crimson, Forgotten, Grace, Harvest, Love, Misty, Shadow, Shore, Tempest, Yesterday. 4/7/18

We are so lucky here Tom the Island is known for its lack of light pollution and people come here to star gaze. The streetlights go out at 1am and its very peaceful then. we can be out and not see a car on our travels:-) hugs jan xx
