Happy Valentines Day My Friends
Valentine’s Day. People who have a honey are thinking up surprises.
Imagining their sweetheart’s face as they cook up something wonderful.
But will it be terrific enough? Will it be fabulous enough?
Will it be the Valentines Day of the Valentines’ Days?
This is why I think every day should be Valentines Day
Except for Valentine’s Day. That should be Cuddle
and watch your favorite movie day.
And it does not have to be a human cuddler.
You could cuddle with a cat, a dog, a squirrel, or an opossum.
I will not back down. I know many women who are
Opinionated and proud of themselves and thoroughly
Enjoying Valentines Day being with their fur babies.
Sometimes that is the best thing they can do for themselves.
I know two women who celebrate their most favorite self
By being alone on Valentine’s Day, cherishing their independence,
Loving the things they get to do, without anyone else’s input or whining ways.
I applaud them. For they have discovered the sheer fun in honoring themselves.
Whatever your circumstances, celebrate yourself every day.
The most awesome relationship is with yourself, so please celebrate you.
I do not think anyone can be disappointed who lives their soul dreams.
Whatever you used to like to do, do that.
