H: Here on the earth we are
A: Always busy with
P: People and always at
P: Places that work us to the bone.
Y: You should come away and rest.

S: Stop for just a moment
A: A moment of pause from what wears you down
B: Bask in the rest of your body
B: Bring to life the renewal of the mind
A: Allow for communication with God
T: To give your soul renewed life!
H: Have a restorative day.
