For reasons unknown I've been stressing out about writing a mother's day poem. I noticed the moment I stopped over-thinking it, it seemed to come out better and more natural. Nice senryu! I find at times, there's a lot of pressure on people to have a good time on special holidays dedicated to them. Hope you enjoyed the celebration!
