Happiness In the Heart
Happiness in the heart swells
For a former ne’er do well
To tell you this tale
Is one of many fails
The path to success is hard
And has left me scarred
The hardest days
I felt the malaise
But into the darkness I peer
For I overcame my fear
My anxiety was defeated
And uncertainty retreated
I can finally stand tall
Knowing I had to fall
To be the best version of me
It’s here for you to see
How happiness in the heart swells
