Hallucinational

Headaches and pains which I constantly feel
As I twist and turn throughout the night
Longing to conclude this vicious ordeal
Lacking the strength to win this fight
Until I remember that in order to heal

Cowardice can only ever be undone
If I gain the power to overcome this fear
Nothing can prevent me being the one
Abolishing this nightmare I constantly hear
Tarnishing the person I could have become

Instead of pursuing my dreams to show
Ordinary people can be the ideal
Never registering what I now know
About how not eating a single meal
Led me to die in this pain and sorrow

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
