Halloween Decorations

 

I like to walk my neighborhood
looking at all the scary decorations
giant skeletons with red eyes glowing
ghosts, headstones, witches and ugly creatures
                but sometimes where is something cute
       like pumpkins on a lawn and on top sits a black kitten

In 2018, l had the fortune of seeing Halloween decorations in the streets of Florida for the first time in my life. Here in India, we don't have Halloween celebrations. Cute poem, dear Constance.
