I enjoyed reading your Haiku.Very creative.SaraThe peaches of today are varieties that are genetically altered to be shippable so they are not as good as they once were but if you are going to get some the varieties of late July and early August are more like the old ones from years ago.The problem with them is the red next to the seed.I just cut that out when I make pickles jam, or cook a pie.Thanks for the visit.I am doing well and have about a 6 week recovery period, 26 more days of drops.
