Hair - Love Series 5

Softly, dark tresses fall to her shoulders
Caressing each cheek with ambient care.
Truly, her crowning glory, diamond
Tiara these shimmers be, befitting
Her royal visage. Oh, Queen of my heart,
Priceless, and inestimable treasure
For you, I will wait most gladly, for the
Time it takes, weaving braids, inserting combs!
Last night, our magical night on the town,
Was eclipsed by the bliss which follow’d
We dimmed the lights. As she lean’d into
Me, hair falling around, she whispered,
“I just love you so,” dissolving to tears.
Our anointing of faces had begun.
