Hailing a Cab

i  stood
did it was understood
tho i hope
i couldn't 
to get them to stop
it was a in my block
they move around
i felt let down
so i went back to my lab
felt  rejected
trying to

The daily scenario isn't pretty. Try to hail a cab in the city. This is a game that is tough to win. When they stop, don't let someone else get in. Downtown people are in a precarious situation. It is tough to get a taxi cab for transportation.
