this is excellent, my friend. I tried to leave a comment on your Shepherds, but wasn't able to, for some reason - it was beautiful, especially told in so few lines

Beautiful, Paul! You certainly have a knack for short forms. Best wishes in the contest. (If this is a beach in Malta, the sand looks as fine and silky as it is here.) Hugs, Carolyn

Thank you, Carolyn. Excuse the late reply; I can't seem to find the time to cope with all my correspondence. Unfortunately that is not a Maltese beach...but the sand here is lovely too:) Hugs // paul

Wow !! I can see the image here. As the sunlight cascades through this little handmade column, upon the ground "a net is cast" And, perfectly so. I wish to place this in my favorites. This is beautiful in every way. :) Hugs, Brandy

Thank you, Jenny. I'm doing fine, and hope so are you:) This was inspired by the photo: a fence put up by human hands, wind-rippled sand, sun all contributed to the "net" formation....ready to be cast into the sea ~ Warm regards & hugs // paul
