Haiku There

For Jean Owens, a woman with a powerful spirit, who passed today, one of the four people who understood me. I am very blessed, but in grief today. My poet friends, I embrace you!

haiku There!
a single young dandelion weed grows
piercing through mid-street
my hope

So sorry to hear about this because it is sad for those of us left behind when our angels start to return home. You have my thoughts and prayers.

It is amazing how they make their way through concrete. Your hopeful moment brought a smile. So sorry for your loss, it is hard to lose someone who gets us. Myself I believe in being reunited in the next world. It offers a measure of comfort.

JCB, thank you for your reading, comment and sympathy. I wanted to infer the dandelion pushed up where no crack could be seen. A hard loss. A hard push through. Poet friends DO help

She was the only one in our group who didn’t think I was nuts when I said I’d had a vision of Jesus walking me out of my 2018 coma. She gave many hope as the dandelion does. Blessings to you. Thanks for your words, Harry

Dear Sally, dandelions are sturdy and resilient. They grow wild and free, all because of one single seed. I am glad you found someone who deeply touched your soul. I feel if we are lucky by the end of our lives, we have had a few. I am sure she will be watching you closer from heaven, then she ever did before. Prayers of hope and healing sent on the wings of your angel guide, be gentle with yourself. Time does heal xo
