I love haiku but also other poetry. Thanks, Andrea:) I've been dealing with a block for a few years now. Recently Some poetry has been flowing every now and again so hopefully I can start posting again on this site.

Thank you Darlene, for your words of advice! The poem was actually written years ago at a time when it was icy outside:) It is not icy at the moment, though. We just had 2+ days of heavy rain. I am very careful on ice, broken bones are not pleasant!
