first blossom blooming on bare branches lifted spirits - - - first magnolia blooms on a bare branch new beginnings (On debbie guzzi's advice another magnolia try to imrove last line of 2nd haiku) first magnolia blooms on a bare branch the worst is over

It really seems like spring over there and I really enjoy your haiku, Charma! I totally agree, seeing flowers can definitely lift the spirit---also just wanted to tell you I was able to fix my poem, thank you again for trying to help, you are a dear! :)
