Deb, you don't need a title for haiku, and historically, most haiku do not have titles. Haiku titles are derived from its first line when necessary... but some people have written haiku with titles. Your title fits well though. Thanks, Connie

He does always look grumpey, doesn't he, Connie? Guess we're all a bit grumpy after learning there will be six more weeks of winter. Nicely done haiku! Love, Carolyn

Connie, Happy Groundhog Day!!! I Love that movie so much my friends actually wish me a happy groundhog day. So, 6 more weeks? To take a line from the movie, "...and standing here amongst the people of Punxutawney and basking in the warmth of their hearths and hearts, I couldn't imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter." Thanks for getting the Groundhog Day festivities going for us late sleepers :) David
