Is essential for
Least developed countries
To come out of
Vicious circle of poverty
Within a short timeframe
But it’s not the only precondition
For higher standard of living
Of the people
Since if a LDC achieve
Two-digit growth rate
But its majority of people remain poor
The country is considered
Under-developed
Therefore
The LDCs should try their best
To eliminate unemployment
And pseudo-unemployment
As much as possible
And as soon as possible
Moreover
The LDCs should establish
Enough educational institutes
And vocational training centers
In order to meet
Requirement of skilled laborer
In home and abroad
