As that supports who you want to be.
Challenge yourself outside your zone
To continue to grow every bone
And become stronger in any way,
Resulting with better than yesterday.
Stop making excuses for your future
Start taking actions to find a cure
To heal any stress or pain
And you'll see the difference it'll gain.
