Group Hug

hey God!
look at this mess
we have down here,
can you believe it?

you told us to 
to create a better world
and boy,
have we blown it

can you forgive us
and help us try again
the only thing is, God,
people are angry with hard hearts

touch everyone's heart God
help us find peace
remind us love is easier than hate
what the world needs is a group hug
