Ground of Solace
She bursts into her room shattered,
For everyone else, she didn’t matter.
Giving them every love they deserved,
She derived every betrayal meant for her to be crumbled.
She did find someone's shoulders to lean on,
But soon she noticed he was long gone.
Now she stands on the top of the balcony,
Waiting for someone who will show her empathy.
But the sole support where she could layover,
Was the enclosed ground bed with thorns all over.
