Greener Grass

The road not travelled
Seems like the better one.
We doubt out choices
Thinking we've missed the fun.

The grass is greener
On the other side they say.
But those on the other side
Think we've found the better way.

People aren't content,
They think they've missed out.
Being thankful for what you have
Is what it's really all about.

The grass growing on this side
Is the same as over there.
Finding someone happy
With his lot in life is rare.

Petula Clark had similar things to say when she sang her hit song. You have good descriptive words and rhyming in this entry. You have just received my 2000th comment.
